Exploding Chickens is an animation film about broiler chickens in the farming factory industry. In this animation I reflect on the selfishness of humans who keep eating meat despite of the suffering of farming factory animals.

I made this film during the 3rd year of my bachelor in Animation Film.

I still include this film in my portfolio because I think even though it’s quite old and a student film, it really portrays both my visual style and my storytelling style. Working with socially relevant topics and in this case, mix it with a sense of humor, irony and hypocrism. This film is one of the building blocks of my career as an artist.
